Paraguay temporarily exempts China Aluminum extrusions from initial dumping

On February 17, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Paraguay and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued Resolution No. 1 of 2017 in the official communique, deciding not to impose temporary anti-dumping duties on the initial production of aluminum extrusions originating in China and continuing the investigation.

The communal tariffs of the products involved in the case are 76041029, 76042100, 76042920, 76101000 and 76109000.
