Storage and installation instructions for steel column radiators The height and length of steel column radiators can be produced according to customers' requirements. The installation methods are two ways: hanging and floor mounting. Special accessories are designed for customers to choose. It is a taper external thread or a cylindrical internal thread, two of which are selected by the customer.

Radiator storage and installation instructions:

1. The radiator should be handled gently during handling to avoid damage, especially to protect the spray surface from being scratched. The radiator should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse, sorted according to model and size, the height should not exceed 1.5 meters, and the bottom should be 20cm high.

2. The installation method of steel radiator is divided into two types: hanging and floor loading.

3, the radiator thread is strictly processed according to the Ministry of Construction standard J/T6-1999, generally using two kinds of conical pipe thread or cylindrical pipe thread.

4. System experiment and operation, please note that the hot water does not exceed the rated working pressure value. The steam should not exceed 0.3MPA (gauge pressure) and an automatic pressure reducing valve should be provided.
