3. White cement above 425, ordinary cement (cement: sand: 801 glue ratio is 1:2:0.03), ceramic adhesive (please pay attention to the instructions for use of adhesive) high performance special adhesive can be used as glue. The order of bonding is: culture stone - cement tank (increasing bond strength) - adhesive.
4, the rock is fully infiltrated, the adhesive is applied to the center of the bottom of the rock to be piled up in the shape of a mountain (the bottom of the brick can be coated with a thin layer of adhesive when the antique brick is attached). If the surface is dirty, the surface needs to be brushed in time. Use after cleaning.
5, first paste the corner. Press fully to make the adhesive extrusion visible around the rock (some products do not need corners)
6. If the construction needs, the rock can be cut to adjust.
7, fill the gap with plastic bags to fill the gap, pay attention to grasp the depth, the deeper the gap, the three-dimensional effect of the product
8. After the initial setting of the caulking agent, remove the excess joint compound with bamboo pieces, etc., and repair the surface of the gap with a brush with water. If the surface of the rock is stuck with a small amount of caulking agent or adhesive, dry it. After that, remove it with a brush. better. Some products do not need to be seamed.
9. When the rock is used outdoors, after the paving is applied, it should be kept for one week. After the product and the caulking agent are completely dry, the protective agent can be sprayed for protection treatment (waterproof, antifreeze, anti-UV, anti-back alkali, etc.)
10, the requirements of the seams:
(1) Fractal rock - the smallest seam is about 10mm, and the difference in the size of the chaotic shape is adjusted by the caulking agent.
(2) Antique bricks - the standard gap is 10mm. The difference of the bricks is adjusted by the caulking agent. It is better to use the comb-type spatula for the wall surface cement slurry, which can increase the bonding strength between the product and the wall.
