4: Check the oil level every 10 hours during the run-in period.
5: The diesel generator set fuel must use domestic "0" or "----10" light diesel oil that meets the national standard (GB252) performance.
6: The diesel generator set oil should be selected diesel oil (15W/40CD, CE, CF, CH, etc.)
7: After start-up, the car should be heated at the idle speed or no more than 1000r/min until the oil pressure of the main gallery is stable.
8: When starting, do not catch fire for 30 seconds. Wait for 2 minutes before starting.
9: After start-up, it is required to idle for 3 to 5 minutes: After the diesel engine starts, it takes some time to re-establish the oil film between the crankshaft and the bearing and between the piston and the cylinder liner. The optimum clearance between moving parts can only be reached when the engine temperature reaches It can work normally for a certain time, so at the beginning of start-up, it can not rush to pull power, high torque or high speed so that the piston will not bite in the cylinder or the bearing will produce dry friction.
10: Before unloading, please unload and run for 1-2 minutes after unloading and require 3-5 minutes of idle speed, mainly to allow the lubricant to take away the heat from the combustion chamber, bearings and oil seals; especially the turbocharger, if it suddenly stops Bearings and oil seals are very likely to be killed.
11: Any abnormal phenomena found during the operation of the diesel generator set should immediately stop the generator set for overhaul. Such as: sudden drop in oil pressure, abnormal sound and so on.
12: For standby diesel generators, start the engine at least once a month (about half an hour).
13: The engine oil level, cooling water level, etc. must be checked before starting the diesel generator.
14: The battery of the standby unit should be charged periodically while checking the battery level.
15: Do not remove the battery during operation of the diesel generator set.
