Xiaolan Honda lock staff was sentenced to 4 years for bribery

The court found through trial that from 2008 to 2010, the defendant Liao Mouming became the deputy director of the production planning department of Honda Lock (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Honda Company”), and worked with Honda’s production planning department. The second department of the goods, Liang Youchun (resolved separately) used their respective positions to facilitate the delivery of the department's express delivery and transportation services to Xiaolan Town Express Express Service Department, and jointly accepted the wife of Zeng Mouquan, the legal representative of the service department. The bribes (received separately) amounted to a total of RMB 420,000. On November 1, 2010, public security personnel arrested the accused Liao Mouming at Honda.

It is understood that the defendant Liao Mouming worked in the company from 1996 to October 2010. From May 2007 to October 2010, he served as deputy director of the production planning department, mainly responsible for accepting orders, arranging production and shipping.

After the trial, the court held that the defendant Liao Mouming disregarded the national law. As a company employee, he used the convenience of his position to illegally accept the property of others and seek benefits for others. The amount of the act constituted a crime of accepting bribes by non-state staff. Should be punished according to law. In view of the defendant Liao Mouming’s performance, the punishment can be mitigated according to law. The defendant Liao Mouming was able to voluntarily withdraw from the proceeds of crimes after the crime was filed, and he had the performance of repentance, and he could be punished as appropriate.遂 Make the aforementioned judgment.
