3. Finished car shape and grinding outer clamp (1) Shaft head turning fixture (shown in Figure 2) The flange is made of 45 steel material, heat treatment hardness 50～55 HRC, high strength, good wear resistance and small deformation. It adopts 7°7′30′′ taper fit with the spindle of the lathe, and is connected with the main shaft by bolts to withstand large cutting force. The main body and the flange are bolted, and the body and flange are keyed to transmit torque and lathe. The main shaft drives the body to rotate, and the 60° taper on the body contacts the taper of the workpiece to perform positioning.
Working principle of the fixture: The workpiece is mounted on the fixture and tightened with the tip of the tail. Then, the gas distribution switch is pulled. The piston rod of the front cylinder pulls the connecting rod 1 and the spindle 8 to the left, and the three clamping jaws are opened, and the workpiece is clamped. Turnable. After the machining is finished, the tip of the tail is returned to the original position, and the valve is released by pulling the gas distribution switch.
(2) Shaft head grinding jig (as shown in Figure 3) The tip 1 taper part is set with hard alloy, high strength and good wear resistance. The top 1 taper shank is inserted into the Morse taper hole of the grinding machine spindle to fix the tip and has high centering accuracy. The clamp can be ground by using two top positions and locking with screws.
Shaft head turning and grinding fixtures work well in practice. That is to improve the efficiency, but also to ensure the processing accuracy requirements.
