Application of biogas fertilizer on apple trees

1. Roots. The biogas slurry can be flooded under the tree tray or deep trenched, and can be flooded once before the sprouting of the apple tree, the young fruit stage, the flower bud differentiation stage, and the fruit harvesting. The saplings are flooded with 15 to 25 kilograms per plant, and the first fruit trees are flooded with 30 to 50 kilograms per plant, and the fruit trees are filled with 60 to 90 kilograms per plant. Digging trench deep irrigation is carried out before germination and after fruit harvesting. One radial groove with a width of 20-30 cm, a depth of 15-20 cm and a length of 80-120 cm is drilled in four different directions under the canopy. The biogas slurry is poured in, and the earth is filled and compacted. The biogas residue is generally applied after the fruit is harvested to the trench before the germination. The method is to excavate the annular groove along the periphery of the canopy or dig 2 to 4 radiation grooves from the base of the trunk. The groove width is 30-40 cm and the depth is 30~. 50 cm, length 80 to 120 cm, after application, the soil is compacted. The saplings are applied with 5-10 kg of biogas residue, 10 to 25 kg of the first fruit tree plant, and 30 to 40 kg of the fruit plant.
2. Spray. Spraying a biogas slurry in the spring shoot growth stage (early May), young fruit stage (early June), flower bud differentiation stage (early July), and fruit second expansion period (early August), preferably A nozzle with high atomization. Spray should be even and detailed. Pay attention to the front and back of the blade, and the amount of spraying should be the degree of the blade. Spraying the original solution is the best, but in the high temperature season (July to August), the concentration of the biogas slurry should be appropriately reduced, and it is appropriate to spray 3 to 5 times.
3. Spread dry. In the germination stage, the first expansion period of the fruit 10 days after flowering, the flower bud differentiation stage (early July) and the second expansion period of the fruit (early August), the trunk is coated with the original solution, and it is suitable to apply to the biogas slurry.
4. Insect prevention. When pests such as leafhoppers and aphids are licked, they will be placed in the biogas slurry for 2 to 3 hours after filtration, and added with pesticides such as imidacloprid, anti-Suiwei, and Qiling, directly sprayed on apple trees, once a week, even spray two The best effect on insect control.

Lap Joint Flanges

Lap Joint Flanges (LJ Flanges) are used on piping fitted with lapped pipe or with lap joint stub ends the combined initial cost of the two items being approximately one-third higher than that of comparable Welding Neck Flanges.

Lap joint flange is having two components, a stub end, and a loose backing flange. Stub end is butt welded to the pipe and Backing flange freely move over the pipe. The backing flange can be of different material than stub material and normally of the carbon steel to save the cost. Lap flange is used where frequent dismantling is required, and space is constrained.

Furthermore, a standard lap joint flange will typically have a longer hub length in comparison to a slip on flange, but this is often considered unnecessary for many applications.

The lap joint flange is practically identical to a slip-on flange except it has a radius at the intersection of the bore and flange face.
