I. Academic Committee Responsibilities and Establishment Procedures Academic committee members are responsible for the international conference papers drafts, review papers, excellent paper selection, recommending the conference host, summing up the results of the conference and other matters related to the academic conference of the International Association. The procedures for establishment are as follows:
1. The members of the Association Expert Committee are recommended to be highly qualified in the industry (mainly members of the Association of Experts Committee), with outstanding achievements, enthusiastic work in the industry, expertise in a certain discipline, and willing to undertake expert work related to academic work such as drafting and reviewing. Scholars are candidates;
2. The Secretariat shall solicit the opinions of the deputy directors after summarizing the recommendations of the members;
3. The Secretariat sums up the opinions of the deputy director and reports to the Honorary Director of the Expert Committee, Academician Zou Guangtian, and the Director, Professor Shen Dongtong, for review;
4. Notify the members of the expert committee and post them online.
