6 Test equipment 6.1 Test tools The mechanical anti-theft lock anti-destructive function test uses the following specified tools:
a. Straight and elbow crowbars with a length of 300mm and a diameter of Ф20mm;
b. Straight and elbow crowbars with a length of 600mm and a diameter of Ф30 mm;
c. Hand-held hacksaw with a length of 380mm;
d. Various screwdrivers with a length not greater than 380mm;
e. Pipe wrench and pliers with a length of 250mm;
f. Chisels with a length of 200mm and diameters of Ф15mm and Ф20mm, respectively;
g. Hand hammer with a weight of 1.36kg and a handle length of 380mm;
h. Ф6.5mm portable electric drill;
i. Unlock special tools;
j. Toggle tool made of steel wire with a diameter not greater than 3mm;
k. The length is 300mm and the diameter is Ф10mm and Ф15mm steel rod respectively.
6.2 Test device 6.2.1 When conducting the anti-destructive function test, the lock manufacturer shall provide the following test additional devices and data:
a. Lock installation diagram;
b. A full set of accessories and installation connectors provided at the factory outlet of the lock manufacturer;
c. The locks to be tested must be installed on test sample doors with door thicknesses of 40mm, 32mm, and 25mm respectively;
d. In the installation position of the test sample door lock, with the lock as the center and a radius of 100mm, the front and rear panels of the door leaf should be not less than 3mm thick steel plate, as the minimum protection benchmark for anti-theft lock destruction test;
e. The frame material of the door frame is a steel profile not less than 1.2mm thick. The lock box (board) is welded or fixedly connected to the frame;
f. The outline reference dimensions of the test sample door are shown in Figure 1.
With main lock and auxiliary lock or multi-directional bolt (bolt), it should be installed according to the actual use of the product.
6.2.2 The inspection unit of the test frame shall make a steel test frame, which shall be firmly fixed and can hold the test sample door shown in Figure 1, and its rigidity and strength shall be sufficient to prevent the destruction of the mechanical anti-theft lock Requirements for functional testing. (figure 1)
