In the vertical lathe design, there are several ways to implement the car taper function. When designing the single-column mobile vertical lathe C53125, the vertical tool holder control system uses a programmable controller (PLC) and a servo control module to realize the car taper function by electric. It is different from the CNC machine tool and still belongs to the ordinary machine tool. The system block diagram of the machine is shown in Figure 1.
The trajectory of the vertical taper turning tip is a combination of horizontal and vertical directions. The machine tool vertical tool holder, the horizontal and vertical movement chains are mechanically independent of each other. The data processing and the horizontal and vertical servo control modules are used to realize the taper of the machining tool tip in a certain taper ratio by electrical control. Turning.
On the dial interface of the PLC, set the feedrate with a number to solve the low feedrate that the potentiometer cannot give. The z(x) axis speed and taper ratio are set by the dial interface, and then the x(z) axis speed is calculated, and sent to the x (z) axis servo control module input terminal to control the servo driver, and the servo motor is driven to realize taper turning. The machine control system consists of a programmable controller SR-22, two servo control modules E-OISP (additional redevelopment function), and two servo drives 6SC6101-4B-Z to control two servo motors. Connect two servo control modules under one CPU of SR-22, use F29 command to specify the servo control module command format to be operated, and then transmit the corresponding operation command. figure 1
The taper ratio x value is sent to the address R570, R571, and the z value is sent to the address R572, R573. The taper ratio of the medium-value axis feed rate is R564, R565, R566, and R567. For example, when x≥z, R43 is turned on, the z-axis is a small value axis, the calculated velocity value is vz=vxx/z, and the x-axis is a large value axis directly fed into the vx value. If the large value x < z, R44 is turned on, the x axis is a small value axis, the calculated speed value is v x = v z z / x, and the z axis is a large value axis direct heat transfer to the v z value.
