First, before the operation

1. Read the instruction manual in detail to understand the position, structure and performance of each component.

2. Before preparing for work, check the tightness and joint condition of each component, whether the operating parts are normal, whether the tires are intact, whether the air pressure is normal, whether the water, oil and electricity are sufficient, and whether there are three leaks (leakage, oil leakage, leakage).

3. Configure fire extinguishers and common objects.

4. Conduct surveys on the work site and roads.

Second, during the operation

1. It is necessary to pass the agricultural machinery driving operation skill training and obtain the driving operation certificate after passing the examination before driving the combined harvester.

2. Before starting, you must send a signal to ensure safety. After starting, you should run at low speed and gradually increase speed.

3. When moving up and down the field, it is necessary to adopt a straight-up and straight-down mode of travel, which cannot be inclined. Otherwise, the track will be damaged or the center of gravity of the combine will be offset and rollover will occur.

4. During normal operation, no parts should be touched by hand. Any maintenance or repair must be carried out after the engine is stopped and turned off.

5. It is forbidden to work under the harvesting table where the support is not placed.

6. It is forbidden to use open flame when harvesting, maintaining, refueling or repairing at night.

7. When harvesting the lodging crops, pay attention to controlling the height of the header, and prevent the header from shoveling into the soil. Otherwise, it will easily cause the header and the second lifting auger to block.

8. When working, arrange a special person to maintain the order of the work site and prevent the elderly and children from getting close to the harvester.

9. When unloading grain, it is forbidden for any personnel or equipment to enter the granary. The hand of the grain handler shall not reach into the grain outlet, and shall not unload the grain when turning.

10. When the road is transferred, the granary must be unloaded, the header should be raised to the highest level and locked, and the road traffic rules must be observed. It is not allowed to drive at high speed and occupy the road.

Third, other matters needing attention

1. It is forbidden to operate barefoot or wear slippers. Long-sleeved clothes should be fastened to the neckline and cuffs. The shirt hem must be tightly tied, and must not be fatigued, driving without license, driving after drinking.

2, light fueling, slow acceleration, low speed steering (turning)

3. Change engine oil and hydraulic oil frequently.

4. When stopping the operation, the shift gear should be placed in the neutral position and the engine should be turned off.
