First, the expansion bolts of the fixed ribs are not in the selected position and the spacing does not correspond to the modulus. This kind of situation mainly appears on the porous YKB board floor. When determining the span of the hanger, the YKB board module size, some expansion screw fixing points fall in the YKB board hole, at this time expansion bolt expansion head in the hole, can not be fixed, Causes this suspended ceiling to have a gap between the top and bottom, left and right. This hanging point appears to be a stress point. In fact, it will deform when it is stressed. How to avoid this problem:

1. When the ceiling board is used for fixing the ink fountain line, first find the intersection of the YKB plate joints. Generally, the civil construction works here for the rake irrigation joints. The first line will use this intersection joint.

2. The ceiling spacing is required to be 900-1200mm in the construction specification. In the specific construction, the distance between the lifting points can be determined according to the YKB board width modulus in this range. This can avoid the occurrence of hoisting points and avoid the hammer. Breaking the YKB stress rib during drilling affects the YKB plate stress. In the unlikely event that a fixed point falls within the YKB board hole, there are two ways to deal with it:

(1) Re-punch holes in appropriate spaces around.

(2) Tighten spot welding with 50X50 iron plate thickness 3-4mm nuts.

Second, hanging point and pendant node appear false force situation. This kind of situation is mainly due to the quality of construction workers, technical reasons, there are several situations in the construction of light steel keel ceilings.

1. The bolts and nuts on the hanging parts and the screws and nuts fixing the large hoists do not pay attention to the kinks of the bolts and nuts when the wires are connected, and the screws are damaged.

2. Hanging ribs on the lower part of the expansion screw, fixed on the upper mouth without fixing nuts.

In the above situations, there will appear to be leveling keel ceilings that become undulating as a result of the external force, resulting in tension, deformation, and cracks in the plasterboard. The solution to this problem is to pay attention to the construction and take some necessary measures. The occurrence of such a situation is more hazardous and difficult to repair. Attention must be paid during construction. The measures to solve such problems are:

(1) When tightening the bolts and mothers, tighten them along the threads, and avoid strong damage to the threads.

(2) Before the steel bar is used as a suspender, it must be a qualified new steel bar and can be used after being cold-drawn or straightened.

(3) The deformed parts of the main and auxiliary keel pendants and large cranes must be processed with wire pliers during construction to meet the applicable requirements of the construction. The parts that are not applicable or not matched shall be discarded.

(4) When suspending the auxiliary keel, the main and auxiliary keels must be tightly attached. When the pendant is connected with the main keel, it is clamped with wire cutters to allow it to connect with no active clearance.
