At the beginning, when I received the order specification of Foxconn's machine tool, I was worried that our high-speed and high-precision performance indicators could not meet the requirements, because Foxconn received a profit from the processing orders of the 4S rear case processed by Apple's mobile phone company. Low, about a few cents per piece of profit, and the processing technology Apple has basically determined (including the tools used, process steps and tolerances of various dimensions, etc.). In this way, if Foxconn wants to make more profit, it must increase the processing speed. Each processing center processes more than 500 pieces per day, and at the same time, it must control the reject rate below one ten thousandth.
As the person in charge of the project, I understand the importance of the design level. For this performance requirement, the positioning accuracy of the machine tool is set to 0.01mm, and the repeating positioning accuracy is 0.006mm.
The CNC system adopts the Fi yang control system independently developed by Shenyang Machine Tool, because the minimum pulse equivalent of the system can reach the machine tool requirement of 0.001mm; the compensation function is comprehensive, such as backlash compensation, screw pitch error compensation, arc reverse spike compensation Static friction compensation, sliding friction compensation, tool length, tool radius compensation, etc.
In terms of CNC programming, a large number of fixed cycles of drilling, boring and milling processes have automatic corner multiplying/deceleration functions; in order to increase the machining speed, the maximum spindle speed is increased from the original 12 000 r/min to 20 000 r/min, and the rated power is 7.5. kW, rated torque 47.8N·m; X, Y, Z three linear coordinate guides are imported linear rolling guides, strong rigidity, flexible and light, no crawling; digital AC servo motor-ball wire for all moving parts Bar drag, X, Y, Z can get high-speed movement of 20m / min; X, Y, Z feed coordinates use AC servo motor to drive ball screw stepless drive, AC servo feed motor as power source, ball wire The bar is used as the transmission component. The ball screw is fixedly supported at one end, floating support at one end, and equipped with a grating ruler to ensure the precision of the screw feed. The machine tool is equipped with quantitative concentrated grease lubrication, which can regularly lubricate each ball screw nut. The action is automatically controlled by the numerical control system and can be detected and alarmed; the detecting elements of the three coordinates of the machine tool X, Y and Z are equipped with a grating ruler, which can achieve high positioning accuracy; The bed is fully enclosed and has sliding doors on the front and side for easy and safe operation. The X, Y and Z axes are protected to prevent the erosion of iron scraps on the guide rails, protect the guide rails and the lead screws, and improve the service life.
After nearly three months of repeated processing tests, our company's special research team finally delivered 10 machining centers that meet the requirements of Foxconn. After the follow-up investigation, Foxconn applied our processing center to complete the order of Apple as scheduled.
