In the future, power generation can be realized by using the roof of the building. The “Million Sun Roof Project†jointly sponsored by China Renewable Resources Society and Linuo Group Co., Ltd. was launched in Shandong. The plan will make full use of rooftop idle power stations such as universities, industrial and mining enterprises, and public facilities to build solar roof power stations, and use clean energy to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction. It is reported that this is the first rooftop photovoltaic power generation project in China.
According to statistics, there are 45,000 industrial enterprises above designated size in Shandong. According to the installed capacity of 200 kW of each industrial plant roof power station project (the roof area is about 3,000 square meters), the capacity of 10,000 rooftop power stations in Jinan can reach 2000 MW. The amount can reach 2.5 billion kWh, accounting for 7% of the total electricity consumption in Shandong Province, which can meet the annual consumption of 1 million households. It is a green new energy advocated by the state, and the energy saving and emission reduction benefits are obvious. In the future, photovoltaic power generation will spread to thousands of households, opening a new era of comprehensive utilization of green energy.
At the launching ceremony, Linuo Power Group signed a 60-megawatt rooftop power station construction project with Shandong Datang Group and Shandong Shifeng Group. The two sides complement each other and jointly declare the “Golden Sun Projectâ€. After the “10,000 Roof Sunshine Planâ€, the future PV roof project will promote radiation to the whole city and even the whole country.
