To this end, Ma Lock has been thinking about it, food production has achieved full mechanization, can it also achieve mechanical harvesting? Ma Lock first commissioned a farmer dealer to help purchase the picking machine, but there is no such machine on the market. Later, he used the picking machine of others to dig, but the efficiency was too low to give up.
Ma Lock was not reconciled and devoted himself to researching and designing a set of picking machines. He also found Chen Shujin, an old agricultural machine who had worked as a deputy director in the township farm equipment factory, to assist him in research and development. Since 2014, after repeated trials and repeated experiments and continuous improvement of machinery, it cost more than 300,000 yuan, and finally successfully set up this è¸è acquisition simulator in May this year.
It is understood that the è¸è collection machine can harvest about 2 acres a day, and the mechanical collection rate reaches more than 90%. Ma Locke said that this year his planting area will be expanded to 400 acres, and the next step is to put into production as soon as possible, in order to benefit the large-scale planters everywhere.
