General requirements for installation and disassembly of expansion sleeves

1. Installation: The expansion sleeve has been coated with lubricant at the factory and can be installed and used directly.
When installing, screw three bolts in the screw holes of the other flanges first and then evenly distribute them along the circumference to open the inner sleeve and outer sleeve. Then put the expansion sleeve into the hub hole in the design position. Use the force plate to tighten the bolt. The tightening method is to tighten each bolt to only 1/4 of the rated torque at a time. The tightening sequence is defined by the open seam. The left and right cross symmetry are tightened in order to ensure that the rated torque value is achieved.
2. Disassembly: First, loosen all bolts a few times before disassembling. Then screw the expansion sleeve into the bolt hole in the disassembled screw hole.
3. Protection: Prevent the expansion sleeve from being contaminated during installation. MoS2 oil is strictly prohibited. In open-air operations or in poor working conditions, rust-proof grease should be applied to the exposed ends of the expansion sleeves and bolts on a regular basis, and a type of expansion sleeve with good rust resistance should be used.
