Application of reverse thinking in solving problems
The long-term production practice proves that in solving problems, the use of reverse thinking to guide the research has yielded a lot of results, and the effect is very good.
Here are a few examples:
(1) Reverse cutting martensitic stainless steel thread harvesting
When machining internal and external threads with a workpiece pitch of 1.25 and 1.75 mm, the resulting value is an inexhaustible value because the pitch of the lathe screw is removed by the workpiece. If the traditional method of retracting the nut handle is used, it will inevitably lead to disorder. Therefore, when machining such pitch threads, the low-speed smoothing method is usually adopted because the high-speed pick-up is not enough to retract the cutter. The efficiency is low, and it is easy to produce sickle in turning, resulting in a large amount of waste. Especially when the processing material is martensitic stainless steel such as 1Cr13 or 2Cr13, the boring phenomenon is more prominent. The comprehensive cutting method of “three reverse method†created by reverse thinking in reverse attack, reverse tooling and reverse reverse cutting can adopt high-speed thread, and the moving direction of the tool is exited from left to right. The workpiece, so there is no drawback that the tool can not be retracted when cutting the thread at high speed, achieving high quality and small size. The specific method is as follows:
When the car is threaded, the latter is a tool similar to the internal thread (see Figure 1); when the car is threaded, a reverse internal thread turning tool (see Figure 2).
Adjust the spindle of the counter-shaft friction plate slightly before machining to ensure the speed at the reverse start.
Adjust the position of the thread turning tool, close the opening and closing nut, and start the forward and low speed. When the knife goes to the empty sipe, the boring machine feeds the thread turning tool to the appropriate depth of cut, and can be reversed. Cutting from left to right at high speed, after cutting several knives in this way, high-quality threads with low surface roughness can be machined.
(2) In the swimming exercise activities, the principle of reverse thinking is used; a new “reverse swimming†is created, and the new posture can swim 2100 meters in the middle distance in 2 hours, which is never seen before. I have never seen a "fantastic thing". Through the practice of innovation, it has enhanced a very practical "new posture of reverse swimming" for swimming exercise activities.
