A valve stem (Fig. 1) produced by our factory has an empty sipe at the intersection of φ30mm and φ27mm on the workpiece, and there are six through holes around the groove wall, leaving burrs after drilling. In the past, we used manual burrs, which were inefficient and accidentally caused to cause waste. To this end, we have created an active scraper with a burr in the inner hole, which has a good effect, and is more than 10 times more effective than manual operation, and the quality is guaranteed.
