1. Always check the position of the oil level. If it does not meet the requirements, it must be adjusted to meet the requirements. When the Roots pump is running, the oil level is the center of the oil mark.

General new Roots pump, when pumping clean and dry gas, it is recommended to change the oil once a month or so. 4. Under normal circumstances, the Roots pump should be inspected after 2000 hours of operation, check the aging degree of the silicone seal, check whether the exhaust valve is cracked, and clean the dirt deposited on the valve plate and the exhaust valve seat. Parts in the Roots pump chamber, such as rotors, rotary vanes, springs, etc. Generally cleaned with gasoline and dried. After cleaning the rubber parts, dry them with a dry cloth. Wash the assembly with care. hurt.
5. Add bearing lubrication oil to the bearing body. Observe that the oil level should be at the center line of the oil mark. The lubricating oil should be replaced or replenished in time.
6. Check the Roots pump piping and joints for looseness. Turn the Roots pump by hand to see if the Roots pump is flexible.
7. After re-assembly, the test should be carried out. Generally, it must be run for 2 hours and change oil twice. Because it will leave a certain amount of volatile substances in the Roots pump during cleaning, it will be put into normal operation after it is running normally.
8. Start the motor. When the Roots pump is running normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and the imported Roots pump. After it shows the proper pressure, gradually open the gate valve and check the motor load.
