Range hoods are electrical products that people use to solve the problem of kitchen fumes. Only proper removal and washing can be used normally. The cleaning process of a range hood generally without a filter cover is as follows:
1. First cut off the power supply of the range hood to ensure personal safety.
2. The surface of the outer casing of the range hood and the net cover are generally cleaned according to the cycle specified in the instructions. The soft cloth is scoured with a small amount of warm water with a neutral detergent. Dry with a dry soft cloth.
3. Washing and washing of the inner cavity of the wheel and the volute:
(1) Unscrew the cover of the net cover and the net cover, and remove the cover and the net cover.
(2) Then unscrew the fastening screw of the wind wheel and take out the wind wheel.
(3) Soak the removed parts in warm water with a neutral detergent, wash them with a soft cloth, and dry them.

(5) Install the above components in the reverse order of disassembly.
(6) After installation, check whether the oil passage of the appliance is smooth and whether the seal on the volute can be sealed.
(7) Please clean the wind wheel, volute, oil nozzle and oil drain pipe according to the cycle specified in the instruction manual.
4. Precautions for cleaning the impeller and volute:
(1) When cleaning, the motor and electrical parts cannot enter the water.
(2) When cleaning, do not pull the internal connecting wire with force, otherwise the connecting point will be loose, which may cause electric shock.
(3) It is forbidden to clean the range hood with flammable solvents such as alcohol, banana water and gasoline to prevent fire accidents.
(4) When cleaning, wear rubber gloves to prevent sharp edges of metal parts from injuring people.
(5) The removed parts should be handled gently to avoid deformation. When cleaning the impeller, be careful. Do not touch or move the weight of the blade. Otherwise, the whole machine will vibrate and the noise will increase.
For those range hoods with filter hoods, since the soot has been filtered before it enters the interior of the appliance, its internal structure does not need to be cleaned. It is only necessary to clean the appliance casing and filter hood as specified in the instructions.
5. Cleaning of the filter cover:
(1) Unscrew the screws that secure the grille.
(2) Soak the removed filter cover in warm water of neutral detergent for 5-10 minutes.
(3) Clean the dirt in the pores of the filter with a soft plastic brush and dry it with a dry rag.
(4) Install the filter cover as before it is removed.
(5) After installation, check whether the oil path of the appliance is smooth and whether the seal on the volute can be sealed.
(6) Please clean the filter cover according to the cycle specified in the instruction manual.
The internal electrical connection and airflow sealing part of the range hood should not be removed frequently. The sealing ring is often removed and washed, which may lead to aging deformation. Oil stains easily enter the electrical connection parts of the appliance, affecting its safety performance and reducing the service life of the range hood.
