In order to encourage straw energy, the registered capital of the county-to-business is more than 10 million yuan; the straw energy utilization of the enterprise is in line with the comprehensive utilization plan of straw in the region; the annual consumption of straw is more than 10,000 tons (including 10,000 tons); Straw energy products have achieved sales and have stable users for financial subsidies.
