Third, the use of instructions 1. Plug the power, the ship type power switch position to "2", and then push the handle switch to the first handle, turn the clockwise direction temperature switch, the indicator light, then start heating, when the instructions When the lamp is dark, the temperature display table should be immediately observed. The indicated temperature is the temperature controlled by the temperature control switch. If it is too high or too low, it can be adjusted. If it is too high, the temperature control switch can be retreated to some extent. If it is low, it can be pushed forward clockwise.
2. According to the performance of various composite film materials, adjust the temperature control switch, select various different set temperatures, and find the most suitable seal temperature. 3. Push the handle switch to the second gear and the motor starts to work.
4. The mouth of the composite film bag should be laid flat, and the sealing edge should be sent to the person by the positioning part. When the sealing part is driven into the sounding board by the silent chain, it can automatically advance. At this time, do not push or block by hand, and do not push or pull it hard. Otherwise, it may cause uneven sealing or malfunction.
5. When it is necessary to suspend or rush the power during use, simply turn the rocker switch to “0†to power off.

(1) Grease the gears and bearings.

3, silent chain and seal roller adjustment:
(1) The elasticity of the silent chain can be adjusted by adjusting the screw, and it can be moved in the direction of the arrow, loosely and tightly, but it should not be adjusted too tightly. (See Figure 2)
(2) The depth of the sealing groove is mainly determined by the pressure of the sealing roller. If the pressure of the sealing roller is too weak, the sealing groove is shallow, and the top screw can be tightened to the right to compress the top column. Tighten the spring to increase the pressure of the seal roller:
If the seal roller is too tight, loosen the top screw to the left to loosen the seal roller.
(3) If the above method does not meet the sealing depth requirement, the position of the screw sleeve should be adjusted. Loosen the nut and turn the screw sleeve until the required position is reached, and then fix the nut.
