Dow Chemical launches six-sided PU material
HC Plastics News: Dow Chemical will release a six-sided PU material in August, designed for ball surface layer materials, its environmental performance and physical performance indicators are better than traditional stadium materials.
The six-sided elastic PU is a multi-faceted elastic material. Based on the motion mechanics, its uniform elasticity can produce a steady stream of kinetic energy during the movement. It is a new type of sports surface layer integrating environmental protection, high elasticity and durability. Dow Chemical designed the stadium structure as a professional "multi-faceted three-dimensional elastic" structure, which promoted a huge change in the industry and led the industry trend.

The six-sided elastic PU adopts two-component special polyurethane glue. It adopts advanced technology formula, one-time molding, no foaming, no falling surface, no falling off, no special artificial maintenance, and low after-sales service cost. The physical performance indicators have reached the national standard requirements, and the service life has been greatly improved. The actual measurement has been passed, and the latest standards in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and other places in China are completely higher than the new national standard GB36246-2018 (the surface sports venue for synthetic materials in primary and secondary schools) to be implemented on November 1, 2018.
