Damp heat test

The damp heat test is carried out in a damp heat test chamber, mainly to simulate the environmental conditions of the coated product in which the temperature and humidity are constant or frequently alternating to cause condensation, and the artificial accelerated corrosion test is performed on various layers, coatings and coatings. Method to test its protective performance. Since the corrosion caused by artificially high temperature and high humidity conditions is not very obvious, it is generally not used as a coating quality inspection item alone, but only its comprehensive performance is tested.

A. Test equipment damp heat test can be used in various types of constant temperature and humidity test chambers.

B. Test Methods There are three common test methods for the damp heat test.
(1) Constant temperature and humidity test. After the surface is cleaned according to the regulations, it is placed in a damp heat test chamber, and the control test temperature is (40±2) °C. When the relative humidity is above 95%, the atmospheric environment conditions under normal high temperature and high humidity are simulated.
(2) Temperature and humidity alternating test. After the surface of the sample is cleaned as specified, it is placed in a damp heat test chamber and the following temperature and humidity are exchanged:
1) The temperature is raised from 30 ° C to 40 ° C, the relative humidity is not less than 85%, and the time is 1.5 to 2 h.
2) High temperature, high humidity, temperature (40 ± 2) ° C, relative humidity 95%, time 14 ~ 14.5h.
3) Cooling down, from (40 ± 2) ° C to 30 ° C, relative humidity is not less than 85%, time 2 ~ 3h.
4) Low temperature, high humidity, temperature (30 ± 2) ° C, relative humidity 95%, time 5 ~ 6h.
In order to imitate the atmospheric conditions of the condensation (such as the atmosphere of the valley and the cave) caused by the frequent alternating temperature and humidity.
(3) High temperature and high humidity test. After the sample is cleaned according to the requirements, it is placed in a damp heat test chamber, and the test temperature is controlled to be (55 ± 2) ° C, and the relative humidity is greater than 95%. Hold for 16 h when there is condensation. Turn off the heat source to circulate the air, cool down to 30 ° C, and then keep it for 5 hours for 1 cycle. Check the sample after each cycle.

C. Evaluation of test results
The degree of corrosion after the damp heat test is divided into 3 levels: 1 is good, 2 is qualified, and 3 is unqualified. In each level, as long as one item is met, it is assessed according to this level, as shown in Table 4-6.

Steel Mills Roller Bearing

Rolling Mill Bearing for blanking machine .
Rolling mill bearings are the bearings used on the roll necks and rollers of metallurgical, mining and other rolling mill stands. Cylindrical roller bearings are often used to withstand radial loads, deep groove ball bearings or angular contact ball bearings, or radial design or thrust design Tapered Roller Bearings to withstand axial loads. Most of them are lubricated and cooled by means of oil-air lubrication or oil mist lubrication.
Rolling Mill Main Application:
Cold rolling mill, Hot rolling mill, Blanking machine

Roll neck and drum for metallurgy, mining and other rolling mill stands
