Corn contains starch, fiber, protein and fat, so it can process a variety of industrial by-products.
First, corn starch
Corn fiber, corn syrup, corn protein powder, and corn germ can be obtained while producing corn starch.
Corn husk is also called corn slag, corn husk, corn gluten feed, and corn fiber feed. It is a part of the corn which has been sieved by soaking, pulverizing, washing, filtering, and then dehydrated.
Detailed steps:
The corn is soaked - leachate + residue (corn slag). The leachate is concentrated to obtain corn steep liquor. The corn slag is crushed to separate the germ - washing - dehydration - drying - corn germ (can be pressed). The remaining material of the germ is removed - pulverized (finished) - washed (sifted) - liquid + residue (slag) is separated, and the residue is dehydrated - dried - pulverized to obtain corn fiber powder. The liquid is separated and precipitated, and the separated liquid is concentrated-dehydrated-dried to obtain corn protein powder. Second, corn germ and germ bud (cake )
1. Corn germ: 46-48% oil, which can be used as energy and protein supplement feed for dairy cows at the peak of lactation. The dosage is within 2.5kg.
2. Corn germ meal (cake) : The corn germ is obtained by extracting the oil after the corn germ is extracted; after the oil is extracted by pressing, the corn germ cake is obtained. Third, alcohol

1, DDG: dry alcohol. The corn is fermented to produce alcohol, which is distilled to precipitate alcohol, and the residue is separated into solid untreated grains, and then heated to prepare dry alcohol grains. It is a premium protein supplement for dairy cows.
2, DDS: soluble alcohol, also known as dry corn leachate. It is a supernatant obtained by subjecting the remaining substance to the solid after separation by distillation, and concentrating and heating to obtain DDS.
3. DDGS: consists of 70% DDG and 30% DDS. It is a product obtained by adding soluble matter and corn leaching solution produced during fermentation to the dried distiller's grains after concentration and drying. The CP content is slightly lower than DDG.
Fourth, corn bran
The corn is dry-milled in a flour mill, and after the flour is sieved, the remainder of the sieve is called corn bran. It consists of starch in corn bran, embryo and embryo. It is a transitional feed between energy feed and protein feed and can be used as a feed for dairy cows.
