3, hydropower section. According to the layout of their own kitchen, drawings of cabinets, arrange the location of water and electricity. The height of the hood, the location of the hot and cold water pipes, and the location of the sink and other outlets should fully consider the location of the outlet. I had a low outlet at that time and waited until the master of the bricklayer came to see it. It happened to be at the level of the cabinet's cement board. There was no way to go back to the line too high.

4, bricklayer part (here to include the installation of the partition). It is best to contact bricklayers in advance and take a good look. The concrete cabinet part looks very simple, but the size requirements are very strict, the cement boards should be horizontal, the support boards should be vertical, and each one should be kept parallel, otherwise the drawers would not be easy to install. , so that the requirements for the tile master is relatively high.

Installation of partitions. Allow the tile master to cut the tiles, measure the height, install the partitions, and leave the hinges in place. Another point I ignored at the time was that the concrete board set a hole in the direction of the natural gas pipe. I was looking for a hole in the worker's electric drill.

5, the installation part. Door installation. It was difficult to find workers to help with the installation of the cabinet doors in advance. A carpenter measures the size and orders the doors. Doors have blister, crystal, paint, and so on, they can go to test, tailor.

Countertop installation. Requires the size of the countertop installation master. If the concrete cabinets are made to be precise and perfect, then do the benchtop installation. Since the spacing between the sinks and stoves in the cabinets of our cabinets is not well-spaced, the outer edges of the sinks are narrow and narrow, and the workers have to spend a lot of energy when installing them. The cutting machine is used to cut out part of the interior of the stove holes along the cement board, and then Only installed.

Why is plastic steel higher than bonded tiles? ? ? At this time, based on two considerations: First, the overall stability, as shown in the figure: If the upper and lower edge of the steel, as well as fit the tiles, do not reach into the upper and lower cement layer, the firmness is not enough: the plastic steel tile The upper and lower parts all extend into the cement layer and will be very strong: special attention should be paid: the upper part of the tile does not extend into the cement layer! Because the bottom of the cement surface will be tiled to ensure that the top, bottom, left, and right sides of the cabinet are tiled!
